This Privacy Policy explains how CloudSEE Media Automation ("we", "our", or "the Application") accesses, processes, and stores information when authorized team members connect their Facebook Pages via the Meta Graph API.

1. Information We Collect & Access

Our application is an internal workflow automation tool used strictly by authorized team members and page administrators. When an authorized user connects their Facebook account, we request the following Meta Graph API permissions:

pages_show_list: To retrieve the list of Facebook Pages the authorized user manages and obtain the corresponding Page IDs.
pages_read_engagement: To verify page metadata and post status on managed Facebook Pages.
pages_manage_posts: To automatically publish scheduled photos, video Reels, and article links to authorized Facebook Pages.

2. How We Use Information

The data accessed through the Meta Graph API and connected workspace services (Google Sheets and Google Drive) is used exclusively to:

Read scheduled post titles, captions, article links, and media files from our internal content spreadsheets and cloud storage.
Upload and publish photos, video Reels, and news links to designated Facebook Pages managed by our team (including Storyline HQ, Ungrid Stories, Daily Dose Videos, Talk Trigger, Unfold Stories, Crime District, and Carpet Wire).
Log publication status (Posted or Errored) back into our internal tracking spreadsheets.

3. Data Storage & Third-Party Sharing

Page Access Tokens are stored securely within our private, self-hosted automation environment (n8n credential vault). We do not collect personal data from public Facebook users or visitors, and we do not sell, rent, trade, or share any Meta platform data or access tokens with third parties.

4. User Data Deletion Instructions

Authorized users have full control over their connected accounts and can revoke access or request complete data deletion at any time using either of the following methods:

Via Facebook Settings (Immediate Revocation): Go to your Facebook Account Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, locate the CloudSEE app, and click Remove. This immediately invalidates all associated access tokens.
Via Direct Request: Send an email to admin@urxismrx.com with the subject line "Meta Data Deletion Request" and include your Page Name or Page ID. We will permanently purge your Page Access Token and any associated configuration data from our automation server within 24 hours.
